METHOD OF ENTRY

Purchase any one of the selected Brownes WHITE MILK or CALCIYUM Flavoured Milk Products*, and log on to www.brownescompetitions.com.au and follow the instructions on-screen to enter.

Each valid entry will give you the chance to be the " Docker for a Day" for each Fremantle Football club home game and one special winner to lead the team in the away game against West Coast in 2008.

*Valid Brownes WHITE MILK Products:
1L, 2L, 3L: Full Cream, Hi-Lo, Heart Plus, Calcium Plus, Junior Milk

Valid Brownes CALCIYUM Flavoured Milk Products:
250mL, 1L: CalciYum

The competition will run from 28 February 2008 to 5 June 2008. One WHITE MILK or CALCIYUM flavoured milk product product entitles the holder to one entry.

Prize details:

Each winner will, for his or her relevant match:

  • Lead the Fremantle football team through the banner
  • Tour Fremantle Football Club's changing rooms before the game
  • Join the Fremantle warm-up on Subiaco Oval
  • Receive a Fremantle Guernsey with your favourite player's number
  • Receive four tickets to the game
  • Receive a CalciYum backpack full of goodies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

'The Promoter' means Fonterra Brands Australia (P & B) Pty Ltd (ABN 80 095 181 669), 22 Geddes St, Balcatta WA 6021. 'The Entrant' means the person who has agreed to participate in this competition in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, Entrants shall be deemed to agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
  • Entry is open to all persons who at the time of entry are between the ages of 5 to 12 years (inclusive) and are residing in the State of Western Australia, except for:
    • management, employees and any members of their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies and subsidiaries; and
    • retailers and agents of the Promoter.

As all entrants are under the age of 18 the Entrant must obtain their parent or guardians permission to enter the competition.

  • The Promotion commences Thursday 28 February 2008 and continues until Thursday 5 June 2008. Entries will not be accepted if received after 5pm Thursday 5 June 2008. Only one entry is allowed per Brownes WHITE MILK or CALCIYUM flavoured milk product purchased and this represents one entry into the competition.
  • All entries that are entered with the full barcode will be accepted, provided the last six digits entered correctly correspond to the relevant barcode. However, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that is incorrect, late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete or misdirected.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries occurring in relation to the conduct of the Promotion.
  • Each valid entry will be eligible for all 12 prize draws, unless it is drawn as the winning entry. Each winning entry will be removed from remaining the prize draws.

The winner of each prize draw will receive the following prize:

  • Lead the Fremantle football team through the banner
  • Tour Fremantle Football Club's changing rooms before the game
  • Join the Fremantle warm-up on Subiaco Oval
  • Receive a Fremantle Guernsey with your favourite player's number
  • Receive four tickets to the game

The winner's parent or guardian must attend the relevant Fremantle Football Club's game with the winner.

  • The judges' decision in relation to the winning Entrants for the prize draw will be final. The Promoter will not be required to enter into any correspondence with any Entrant or other person with respect to such judge's decision for the prize draw.
  • The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with other models to equal or greater value should any prize become unavailable for any reason. As the winning Entrants will be under the age of 18, the relevant prize will be awarded to the winning Entrant's parent or guardian.
  • Winning Entrants must provide identification to the Promoter's satisfaction, if required by the Promoter, before being entitled to claim the prizes.
  • The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the goods offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury however caused (including, but not limited to, the negligence of the Promoter), suffered by the Entrant, the Entrant's parent or guardian if the Entrant is under the age of 18, or any other person relating to the use, non-delivery or non-useability of a prize.
  • By accepting a prize, each winning Entrant agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities as requested by the Promoter.
  • Once received, entries become the property of the Promoter.
  • The winning Entrants will be notified by telephone by a representative of the Fremantle Football Club. The representative will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner at any time up until 2 weeks prior to the match day for the relevant match. In the event that the representative is not able to contact a winner, another valid entry will be drawn for the particular match.
  • The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions.
